About us
King Slayer Sportfishing is a fishing charter business based in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. We run charters on Lake Ontario, Lake Erie and the Niagara River. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean King Slayer Sportfishing, and “you” means anyone using the site.
Information on this site
The information on this site is general information to help you plan a trip. We work to keep it accurate, but details such as seasons, packages, licence rules and fishing conditions can change.
- We may update the site at any time.
- We correct errors when we find them.
- We cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current, so please confirm anything important with us before you travel.
Prices and availability
- All listed prices include HST.
- Prices, packages and availability may change.
- The price and details in your booking confirmation are the ones that apply to your trip.
Bookings, deposits and cancellations
Online bookings and deposits are handled by our online booking provider, under its own terms and privacy policy. Our deposit, payment, cancellation and weather policies are set out on our Trip Info page. Those policies and your booking confirmation apply to every booking. If you have a question about a booking, please contact us before your trip.
Safety and conduct on the water
Your safety on board comes first. When you join a charter, you agree to:
- follow the captain’s instructions on board
- bring the fishing licences required for the waters you fish, as described on the Trip Info page
- follow the life vest requirements described on the Trip Info page
The captain decides whether conditions are safe to go out. Weather cancellations and rescheduling are handled as described on the Trip Info page.
Photos and content
The text, photos, videos, logo and brand on this site belong to King Slayer Sportfishing or are used with permission. You are welcome to view the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, reuse or sell our content without our written permission.
Photos of guests appear on this site with their permission or as they shared them with us. If you would like a photo of yourself removed, please contact us.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not:
- try to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the site
- send spam or false information through the contact or booking forms
- copy site content in bulk or use automated tools that overload the site
- use the site in any way that breaks the law
Third-party links and services
This site links to or includes services run by other companies, such as our online booking provider, a mapping service, a video service, a social media feed and government sites for fishing licences. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or how they operate.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Fishing depends on weather, water and the fish, so catches are never guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded, including Ontario consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
